Speakers: Emily Johnson, PhD, Project Manager, Providence Medical Research Center
Emily Johnson is a Scientific Writer and Project Manager for Providence Medical Research Center at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA. During her PhD training in pharmaceutical sciences, Emily was a Graduate Fellow of the National Science Foundation and a trainee member of the American Physiological Society Communications Committee. She studied pharmacokinetic natural product-drug interactions during her postdoctoral training. In her spare time, Emily is a freelance writer and illustrator.
  
Learning Objectives:
  1. Identify the function of an SRC
  2. Understand how to leverage an SRC to benefit research operations
  3. Describe the composition and operations of an SRC
