Candidates for President Elect

Duties of President: The President shall preside over all meetings, in general, supervise all the affairs of the corporation, may sign documents required to be signed for the Board, serve as an ex-officio member of all committees, and have such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board. The President will serve as the primary staff or management company liaison.
