Duties of Secretary: The Secretary shall oversee the maintenance of the minutes of all meetings of the Board, and may sign documents on behalf of  the Board of Directors.  The Secretary shall assure that there is maintenance of the Archives.  The Secretary should assume the role of parliamentarian.
