Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division is seeking full-time Clinical Research Coordinators for a diverse and prestigious oncology study portfolio at a Nationally-Ranked, Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Clinical Research Coordinator manages and coordinates the care of patients participating in a clinical research study with guidance from their preceptor, educator, and/or administrator; educates patients, families, and staff regarding study compliance; collects a complete and accurate study data set and facilitates accrual to clinical research studies.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical research, healthcare or other related experience or an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time clinical research, healthcare or other related experience, including successful completion of a Clinical Research Coordinator traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park) or an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical research, healthcare or other related experience or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and four (4) years of full-time clinical research, healthcare or other related experience, including successful completion of a Clinical Research Coordinator traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park) or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and five (5) years of full-time clinical research, healthcare or other related experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Previous Clinical Research Experience
• Research Certification (through ACRP or SOCRA)
• Oncology Experience
• Direct Patient Care Experience
Other Descriptive Elements:
The Clinical Research Coordinator I reports to the Clinical Research Administrator. The incumbent has the authority to make decisions and commitments of a broad nature, occasionally requiring consultation with superiors for their recommendations. Decisions are varied and based on broad principles and guidelines.
We offer a defined career ladder with the opportunity for growth into the Clinical Research Coordinator II, III, and Senior Clinical Research Coordinator roles.
The Clinical Research Coordinator I has frequent contact inside and outside the department with other departments, divisions, and/or groups. The incumbent also has contact with major clients or account representatives, outside auditors, and members of the business community.

Compensation:
The Clinical Research Coordinator I starts at $68,430 annually, with competitive salary commensurate with experience and education.
