The Clinical Research Supervisor oversees complex research coordination, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. They manage clinical trials from design to closeout, liaising with key stakeholders for study administration.

Salary Range: $92,600.00 – 202,200.00 Annually

Required:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
● 5+ years in clinical research coordination, 2+ years in direct supervision
● Expertise in clinical trial budgeting, FDA regulations, IRB processes, and policy interpretation
● Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement quality improvement activities and SOPs

Preferred:
● Clinical Research Certification (CCRP, ACRP, etc.)
● Master’s degree in related area
