Title: Clinical Trial, Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Recruit hospitals; lead all aspects of contracting and activation process. Facilitate as key contact communication between participating hospitals, Association and clinical research study sponsor
  • Develop and deliver education and training materials to study hospitals, field staff and other departments
  • Establish and conduct data monitoring activities within registry tool. This position will continually monitor site patient enrollment volume, data entry, data completion and data quality
  • Assess clinical research site’s patient recruitment and retention success and offer suggestions for process improvement
  • Collaborate and communicate with appropriate teams at hospitals, coordinators, clinical research physicians, and clinical research staff. Establish coordinated clinical research processes using Association programs
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) – Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in hospital/healthcare systems working with patient registries, clinical studies or quality improvement programs
  • Experience and proven record of account management and sales success
  • Ability to interact and engage with C-Suite, ideally in hospital setting
  • Experience in multi-site research or clinical trial management
  • Experience presenting to clinical leaders and large audiences
  • Project Management
  • Ability to travel up to 15% local and overnight stay
