CARTI is seeking an experienced clinical research leader to build and grow its oncology research enterprise — serving patients across Arkansas, including rural and underserved communities. This is a senior, high-impact role with direct influence on strategy, portfolio, and program growth.
What You'll Lead
Trial portfolio development and sponsor relations
Site feasibility and study activation
Research operations team and performance standards
Budget, contract, and grant strategy (including NCORP and federal/state mechanisms)
Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
What We're Looking For
7–12 years of progressive clinical research experience
Sponsor-facing or network-level operations background
Strong working knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB processes
Experience with trial budget development and contract negotiation
CCRP or CCRC preferred; oncology background a plus

Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer and co-lead with the Medical Director of Clinical Research.
