Title:    FDA EXPANDED ACCESS PROGRAM: Demystifying EAPs

1. Overview of Expanded Access Program (EAP) for drugs & devices
2. Define parameters for single patient emergency vs non-emergency use
3. Review regulatory reporting requirements
4. Identify important pharmacy and cost considerations
