 As one of the leading academic health systems in the nation, RUSH offers the most advanced cancer care, including immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and minimally invasive surgical options. Our clinical trials are looking at novel approaches to treating a wide range of cancers.
An early to mid-career research nurse who, as part of a research team, will provide clinical care within the context of a clinical research study. Under direction of the PI, assists with subject recruitment, eligibility, informed consent and protocol adherence. Monitors research participants for changes in health status, including monitoring toxicities, assessing clinical response and providing exemplary patient care while ensuring the protocol is conducted in a high-quality manner. Updates clinical staff regarding patient's study medications or changes in status.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Current IL RN license.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Two years of clinical nursing practice experience.
