Digital Membership Cards

SOCRA is excited to introduce digital membership cards! By choosing a digital card you are gaining easy access to your membership information and benefits while making an active impact on the environment. As of April 2021, new and renewing members will have access to digital cards which will be available on your phone for easy access! Your digital card will include your member ID, renewal date, member benefits, and other useful information for new and renewing members!

FAQs for Downloading

When will I be able to download my digital membership card?

Digital membership cards are now available to download.  You will receive an email from SOCRA with simple instructions for how to download your card and easily access it on your apple or android device. 

How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?

Access the download email from your smartphone.  Click the "Download" button, then click "Add to Wallet" and "Add." The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in your Apple Wallet at any time.

How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?

Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the download email from your smartphone and click “Download”.  The card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.

I’d prefer not to use this digital membership card, what should I do?

My work device has IT restrictions and I can't download the card. 

We suggest that you to contact your IT department to see if Google Pay, Wallet Passes (Android users) or Apple Wallet (iPhone users) apps can be downloaded. Otherwise, you need to download the card on your personal device or on a different phone.

For international members - my Android device does not have Google Play enabled.  

We suggest you to download the apps from an alternate official marketplace (AppGallery for Huawei, Mi Store for Redmi devices, etc.)  Please contact membership@cuseum.com to assist.
