The Clinical Research Support (CRS) group at the USC Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute (SC CTSI) supports the conduct of non-cancer, investigator-initiated clinical trials and translational research projects. The goals of CRS services are to help investigators assure that protocols are well designed, enrollment goals are statistically valid and achievable, study workflows are efficient, regulatory requirements are met, and statistical analysis and reporting of results are timely and compliant.

The Program Manager will manage all aspects of services provided by CRS including development, implementation, and evaluation. This position will oversee day-to-day operations of the study coordinator pool, research participant recruitment services, IRB review support, study budget development, and will represent CRS and SC CTSI locally and nationally at the CTSA consortium. This position works with experienced investigators and research teams and promote and provide CRS resources, tools and training opportunities to help ensure studies are conducted safely, effectively and in accordance with federal, state, local and institutional guidelines and regulations. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Research Support at SC CTSI.
