Description:
The Manager of Clinical Research will be responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Research Operations, providing oversight, management, planning, and direction of all clinical research operational areas. They will assist the Director in working to promote compliance with established federal, state, local, and institutional guidelines governing the conduct of clinical research. Additionally, they supervise the activities of the research nurses, research coordinators, and other patient care professionals.
The salary range for this position is $105647.55 - $140511.24 / year, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
· A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Licensed Registered Nurse.
· ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
· SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional.
· ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
· BLS
Additional Qualifications:
· RN with a minimum of two years of clinical research supervisory experience
· Seven years in clinical trials operations and research leadership responsibilities in a complex academic/research environment.
