Title: From Hindsight to Foresight: Study Feasibility Best Practices

Conducting an accurate study feasibility analysis is critical to the success of clinical trials and is an important part of the clinical trial start-up process. In this session you will learn how to choose the right studies for your site by proactively identifying risk factors, establishing a culture of best practices, and formulating strategies to meet enrollment goals. Ms. Chandler will outline the necessary components of feasibility (i.e., study design, site characteristics/resources, and accrual potential) and illustrate how effective planning upfront can improve study success and patient outcomes.

Lindsay Chandler is the Clinical Program Manager of Phase I Multi-Indication and Thoracic trials at the Providence Cancer Institute in Portland, Oregon. She was formerly the Research Administrator over the Clinical Trials Unit in the OHSU Department of Dermatology. She has many years of clinical research experience and has held roles in clinical trial coordination and regulatory management in both oncology and behavioral neuroscience fields. She has been a CCRP certified professional since 2011.
