Heather E. Hermann, B.Sc., CIP, CHRC
Ms. Heather Hermann is a specialist in regulatory support,compliance and education asit pertains to the fields of biomedical research, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. She has experience ensuring the highest standards of compliance with local,federal,and international regulations, working with medical and health sciences faculty, staff, and

students, biomedical scientists in private industry and teams of people trained in the health, social,and behavioral sciences.

Ms. Hermann currently serves as Corporate Research Compliance Officer for OSF Healthcare System, Illinois and Michigan.There her responsibilities include development of the Corporate Research Compliance Plan, identifying key research related compliance risks, and development of compliance policies, procedures, and education programs and materials for clinical research staff.

Ms. Hermann received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Dominican University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois. She is certified in Health care Research Compliance(CHRC), and is a Certified IRB Professional (CIP).
