Unlocking Clinical Trial Site Capacity: Applying Lessons from Provincial Strategies and Pan-Canadian Initiatives

1. Describe the current Canadian clinical trial landscape, highlighting provincial strategies and pan-Canadian initiatives alongside site-level realities
2. Share lessons learned from system-level efforts and demonstrate how they can be incorporated into site recruitment and trial delivery workflows
3. Start evaluating site readiness using a capacity self-assessment checklist to identify practical next steps for growth

3. Apply to practice: Evaluate practical case scenarios to identify how AI can streamline trial operations, reduce administrative burden, and highlight areas not yet suited for automation
