Annie Kellum was nominated for being a fearless leader who takes pride in her clinical research knowledge.  "Annie has stepped up as manager after half of the cardiology research team left OSU during the pandemic. She had a tough job starting out, but she held her head high and mustered through hiring qualified and eager research staff members, establishing new policies and protocols to help cardiology research succeed, cleaning up problems and mistakes made by past coordinators, all while coordinating her own trials and starting up new, high priority trials. She does all of this work with such a positive attitude and smile on her face. She leads by example by staying calm during stressful situations and helps create solutions quickly.
