Research Project Management in a Post Pandemic World

Clinical Project Management is complex and can be a source of stress or frustration for project managers or coordinators. At a sponsor level, project managers and coordinators cooperate with various internal and external collaborators. Project managers also have to coordinate activities that they don't always have a full understanding of. Finally, they have to comply with timelines and budget constraints. The clinical program at Lallemand Health Solutions has less than 15 years of existence. However, by using innovative communication skills, project management tools and proactive
collaboration with CRO, sites and suppliers, the program has been able to grow exponentially, gain credibility within the company and achieve company goals while maintaining the motivation of the employees.713
